These terms govern access to this website and inquiries submitted to Blue Ledger Audit Atelier. Formal audit work is governed by a separate engagement letter.

By using https://platform-securityio.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Submitting an inquiry does not create an auditor–client relationship until an engagement letter is signed by both parties.
Services described
Descriptions of financial auditing engagements, fees, and timelines on this site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in the engagement letter for your entity.
Intellectual property
Site content — including text, layout, and graphics produced by Blue Ledger Audit Atelier — remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Working papers and audit reports issued under an engagement letter are subject to the ownership and confidentiality clauses in that letter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information intended to mislead our independence assessments.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ledger Audit Atelier is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content alone. Professional liability for audit work is addressed solely in the signed engagement letter and applicable professional standards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Japan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
